I had a solid stay here and it exceeded my expectations compared to my previous trip to arlington. The room was spacious and featured a fully equipped kitchen The breakfast offered a nice variety of options that helped me start my day off right.

The King Studio Suite was super spacious with a comfy bed and nice sofa. Loved the kitchenette—it had everything I needed! The shower was a highlight, really big and clean. The room was quiet, which was great for sleep. The HVAC worked well, keeping it cozy. They had a good setup with real plates for breakfast too! Overall, the room felt homey and well maintained.

The highlights for me were the well-equipped kitchen in my King Studio Suite Non-Smoking, perfect for my culinary adventures, and the shuttle service making local dining spots super accessible. Also, the breakfast had variety, which was a pleasant surprise after a few other stays.

On the flip side, the breakfast felt like a grease fest at times, with the hot dishes lacking freshness and not much of a rotation in choice. The parking fee also stung a bit. it felt a touch excessive given the open spaces available.

Enjoyed the large lobby, full bar, and game room after our trip to the Smithsonian's National Zoo. The outdoor terrace was a great spot to relax. The breakfast was on point too. Just be ready for the $27 parking fee. it seemed a bit high for the location. Overall, we had a fantastic stay!

i had a great stay at homewood suites! the front desk manager was super nice and helped me check in quickly despite my early arrival. after an exhausting 18-hour flight, it was a relief to get my room fast. the room was clean and had a great layout. also, the secure bike parking was a big plus!

The breakfast offered a delightful variety, from warm pastries to fresh fruit, making mornings more enjoyable. I also appreciated the clean and spacious room that felt welcoming after a day of exploring. However, it would have been great if the breakfast hours were extended to accommodate late risers.
